Return and exchange policy
Changes
For exchanges, you have up to 14 days from the reception of the product to send it to LAEMPRESA, following the steps of the Returns and Exchanges Form.All charges generated by product changes or returns are the responsibility of the customer
The exchange options we offer are as follows:
- Exchanges for products of the same value: the exchange is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.
- Exchanges for products of lesser value: a refund will be made in your favor for the difference between the new product (of lesser value) and the initially purchased product (of greater value). This value will be credited to the card used in the original transaction or, if applicable, to PayPal. Please note that it takes 2 to 3 business days for the disbursement to be reflected on the card.
- Exchanges for products of higher value: the product must be returned and a new order must be generated.
Returns
To retract your purchase and request a partial or full refund you have up to 15 days to return the product. Use the contact form indicating the subject "returns and refunds" next to the order number.
